I am newbie to Xcode 1.5 (OS X 1.3.9) and know very little Unix. But I managed to install subversion, locally, and tested it using the terminal against a document on the subversion website, and it is supposed to be working. But I cannot get it to work inside XCode.

Has anyone automated the process (perhaps with something like AppleScript), so that a novice can use subversion in XCode without having to use Unix. I would appreciate any leads on how to get started on this. I could not find documentation for non-unix users, or a Unix command-by-command steps to get someone going. My understanding is that subversion if the best system to use, but at this point, I just would like anything easy to use that will do the job for a single person on a single computer.

I usually don't use xCode for this, I installed svnX which is a nice GUI app for managing subversion processes.
