I just installed from a Preview 4 image I downloaded last week.

I'm showing:

Component versions
Xcode IDE: 643.0
Xcode Core: 643.1
ToolSupport: 639.0

"Reveal In finder" from the dock shows the right location.

Sounds like I'll need to nuke the partition and start over.
