I rebuilt one of my projects with XCode 2.2 and hit the same warning, and I assumed it would be the same info.plist bug, but it turned out to be an actual problem: I have multiple files with the same name in my project, each for a different target; one of my targets was accidentally set to include two of them, which probably would have caused problems if the wrong one ended up overwriting the correct one. So this warning is a good thing!
