Um, can you be a bit more specific here, this is really not enough to go on.

Please file a bug so we can look into this and see what is going on. If you can attach a test case to the bug, that would be great.

Just found a bug in Xcode 2.2. With external builds, the ACTION environment variable is not set to the right value and the Arguments parameter of the Custom Build Command is not used. This is bad !
