When I first loaded a 2.0 project, it asked me create and work on a copy and I said yes.
Imediately after, a message like this appeared:

Line:

Object:
<PBXFileType:0x04615030>

subpathForWrapperPart:ofPath:withExtraFileProperties:

path should be a non-empty string, but it's an empty string

What does it mean?

We see this on occasion when upgrading project files.  There was some minor corruption in your 2.0 project file which Xcode 2.1 was not sensitive to, but 2.0 is.  In most cases if you click Continue, the new project file will be correct.
