Code Sense: not parsing frameworks...

Is there a trick to get code sense to work with the code from other
frameworks?

I am using the OGRE ( www.ogre3d.org) framework, and i do not get code
sense pop ups, i tried to re-index the project using the button in
project options but it is still not working.  Any ideas on how to get
this working?
