I build a prgramm (Xcode 2.0 - will update soon to 2.1) with "Accelerated Objective-C Dispatch" and with "Deployment Target = 10.3".

This runs fine on Tiger, crashes miserably on Panther.

Wouldn't it be nice if Xcode would inform me that this mixture of options just doesn't make sense?

(Accelerated Objective-C Dispatch is Tiger only and Deployment Target 10.3 means it should run on Panther and later).

As there is a rather overwhelming number of options such a sanity check would be a very nice idea.

We currently don't have any mechanism to relate interdependent build settings, and this is just one of many conflicts that are possible.  It would be useful to have such a mechanism and to have this case covered.  Please file an enhancement request in Radar so we can track it.
