I tried your sample program with XCode 2.1 (on OS X 10.4.2) and I can reproduce the problem.
But I note that the problem is only present when ZeroLink is enabled.
Furthermore, if you merely add in an #include <iostream> in your gzmath.cpp file, the problem disappears even with ZeroLink enabled.
This seems to indicate that it is a load-order problem - a bug in ZeroLink.
I don't know whether it has been reported to Apple yet - maybe you want to file a bug report.
