I think this advice is especially good given the current state of the ObjC++ compiler (I assume). I find that when I've made a mistake in a .mm file (or am just simply typing something thoughtfully and deliberately slowly), the compiler crashes in the background as it constantly tries to index the file with the mistake in it.


I'm working on a project involving a large C++ source base, and I've decided for this among other reasons to strictly limit the points of contact between the Objective-C UI code and the C++ model.
