Hi Scott,
What exactly does your "stub" app do? If it is just going to tell the
user that the can't run the application on anything earlier than 10.3,
there are Info.plist keys you can add to you application that will do
the same thing.

The plan is to both tell the user and also to send a http request to
tell *me* that an 10.2 or 10.1 user attempted to use it.
Id kind of like to know how big a market Im missing out on by not
supporting 10.2, and I cannot think of a more accurate method to find
out.
I *would* be interested to know what the info.plist keys are as well.
