Hello,

I have filed a bugreport (#4263047) about the scrolling behavior of XCode's editor, i.e. scrolling several lines at once instead of doing it line by line. The reply stated that it is intended behavior and that I should enable "smooth scrolling" in Preferences. I have searched the Preferences back and forth and even googled for it but either the answer to my mail was referring to an yet unreleased version of XCode or I just missed something completely. Please, where do I have to switch on to smooth scrolling in XCode 2.1?

This is not what's known as "smooth scrolling" (which is controlled in the General System Preferences). You'll see that turning that on isn't quite what you're looking for, but it does make it much easier to keep your focus. In any case, this is a known request.
