Link Errors with SystemConfiguration.framework

I'm running Xcode 2.1, targeting 10.3.9 SDK and have the Cocoa.framework and Carbon.framework linked in.

When I added a call to SCNetworkCheckReachabilityByName, linking in the SystemConfiguration.framework, I get the following undefined symbol:

_pthread_atfork referenced from SystemConfiguration expected to be defined in libSystem.

Is SystemConfiguration.framework dependent on another framework that needs to be linked in? I tried adding in the System.framework, but that didn't appear to be the case.

Any ideas of what I'm missing?
