Hi Scott,
Syntax colouring worked in Xcode 1.2 but broke in 1.5. I submitted
problem report 3785830 which was closed 2-Sep-2004, but Xcode 2.0
still chokes. I'd still like a much simpler way of doing syntax
colouring than the pblangspec files.
Thanks
Ian

It's not just cosmetics. Since CW is so responsive,
if you have forgotten the name of a constant, a class or
a function, you can just start typing possibilities, and
when you get the name right, the text color changes. Instant

I submitted a bug report on this last week and got a reply that
it was a
duplicate bug report, currently in the queue.
So, the more bug reports they get, the more likely this is to get
fixed.

Call me pessimistic, but if Apple needs more FRs or BRs to know
this is an important missing feature, I would be really worried.
Well, scrap that. I already am.
Okay folks, before we get a ton of bug requests for this, let me
point out that the Xcode team does know that this is an important
feature that is missing and that we want to address in a future
version of Xcode.
Scott
