When I click "Build and Run" icon, the Xcode crashes. I uninstalled the program using the perl script and installed it again and then restarted the system, the result was the same. Am I missing something important?

Yes: you're not giving us the crash log so we can diagnose what's happening.

We tested 8M639 pretty thoroughly, as we do all seed releases, and we don't have any recorded cases of always-crashes-on-build.
