I have just sent it and my system profile to you directly.
I have tried to uninstall using the perl scrip and re-install, but
it still
doesn't work. I tried it even this morning, I failed. So I'll back
to 2.1.
Not sure if this is relevant, but when I downloaded this version, the
disk image failed to verify. I could still mount it without
verification, but I didn't trust it enough to install it. If you have
verification off by default then you wouldn't have noticed the
potential corruption. I haven't tried downloading it again to see if
this was a one-off corruption, but since nobody else has mentioned it
I am assuming that I just got unlucky.
