How do you choose the 3.3 compiler in Xcode 2.1? I've looked through the project info but can't seem to find the place to change it

You have two options:

1) Use gcc_select in the Terminal to make it the global default (don't forget to restart Xcode for the change to take effect).

2) Select GCC version per target in your project. How to do this is documented AFAIK.
