I've finally finished my first Xcode project. Here is a link to v1.1 in
a zipped file.

It's an applescript studio application that I use for updating my
podcasts and my iPod. I always listen to podcasts and I like to
download new episodes as soon as they are released. I also like to put
them on my iPod so I don't forget.

The app is basically just a window that has for checkboxes, a start
button, and a cancel button.

The checkboxes determine what you want the applescript to do everytime
is runs. Every 5 minutes you can (if you check the box) update ipod,
update podcasts, display a box saying you've got a podcast, and say
"You've got podcast" using a random mac voice.

heres a link to a pic of the app.
