Can we make "solutions" with XCode?

The concept of "solution" comes from my experience with Visual Studio. Here is my problem:

I have a long set of plugins (more than a hundred of them). Each of those plugins have their own xcodeproj file. I'd like to have one single xcodeproj where I would drop all the different plugin xcodeproj and then build all of them with one single target built instead of having to go through each of the individual xcodeproj one by one.

For instance, I'd like to build them all with debug information.

Is this possible? And if it is possible, how would I go doing that?
