Which parts of MPW one can't find in Terminal did you enjoy so much? Currently the only thing I remember ist the ability to move anywhere up and down in those shell/document mixtures and to issue commands from any line, not only the most bottom one.



Those, & the nice "eye candy" of MPW make!

Also, above all, the editor (although I could substitute BBEdit).
And the searches producing lines you could execute to get to the document/line.


The Terminal IS good, though, although I hate the unix convention that makes "make" files go UP the directory tree, then down again!
