File -> New File…

The menu command let us create a new source file and an optional corresponding header file.
In the dialog we can edit the full name for the source file and choose the location.The corresponding header file name will be created automatically, though, and placed in the same location.

For C++ files, the header file has the extension .h. However, I would like to choose from either hpp, hp or h, and occasionally i would like to have a different name/location as well. As I can see, this is not possible at the moment, thus would probably be a feature request.

In the current Xcode version, is there any possibility to configure the current default file extension for header files?

Thanks for info

Regards
Andreas
