Jaguar: dyld: can't open /usr/lib/libmx/A.dylib

I have compiled a little command-line ("tool") project.

When I run it in Tiger or Panther, it works fine, but when I invoke it under
Jaguar, I get this console message:

dyld: ./CleanUpTool can't open library: /usr/lib/libmx/A.dylib (No such file
or directory, errno = 2)

I just tried to compile the same project in CodeWarrior and it works fine in
Jaguar. Do I need to include add extra libraries in Xcode when compiling
for Jaguar/Panther/Tiger?

Note: Although this is a command-line "tool", I added AppKit.framework
because I wanted to use one method from NSWorkspace.

Thanks,

Jerry
