Newbie Q : Xcode from the terminal

 Hello all,

 does anyone know if there are more specific commands than xcodebuild to
deal with an Xcode project from a terminal ?

  For example, is there a command line tool to change a target's settings ?
(what is usually done by clicking on 'Edit Active Target' )
