There is still a copy on Apple's ftp site:

I tried this URL and it doesn't go to the right place. Are U sure you
have the link correct?
Is there some embedded character or line feed in the URL? Darn - this
so totally sucks.
I had actually thought I would be able to run these tests tonight...
but I guess it isn't
going to happen tonight.
