Answer: I suppose the default gcc that ships with Mac OS 10.3.9 is

We need to ship the product to our customer. They may have 2.95 to 3.3
gcc version on their system.
You can use GCC 3.3 to support 10.3.9 and even 10.2.8 if you use the
right SDK.
I don't see any case which will requires GCC 2.95.
