The line number varies between projects.
Hm, probably unrelated: two projects of mine used to do this even in
2.1 (and perhaps even before, am not entirely sure). Strangely
enough, all other projects--a number of them!--are all right. And
even the two aforementioned ones work quite well, build without a
glitch etc., just I have to bear with clicking Cancel in this alert a
few times anytime the project file gets saved.
Do you use some extra frameworks? Both my offending projects do, a
lot, and I suspect some of them might be the culprit (am not sure
though).
