How do I add my own text macros to the list that is available in Edit > Insert Text Macro? I see that that menu appears to even have macros for defining macros. But where do they go?

e.g.,

~/Library/Application\ Support/Apple/Developer\ Tools/Specifications/ ObjectiveC.xctxtmacro

I can't recall exactly where this is documented; I do recall I've spent a long time searching though :)
