Broken All-in-one layout

All of a sudden my Xcode is broken. The Build page split view is
stuck to one side. I cannot move it back, double clicking in the
window throws an internal error. I've tried deleting prefs,
different projects, rebooting, reinstalling Xcode, nothing seems to
work. Has anyone seen this or have have any ideas on how to fix it?
