It is a known bug already under radar. If I recall to fix it you can
either un-maximize the window and then re-maximize it or just size
the window around a bit and it fixes itself.
It seems to happen when the screen resolution changes unexpectedly to
Xcode (for example if you go from a larger external display to a
smaller internal display).
