At the risk of starting a flame war...
I think it is appropriate to post information about a book that might help
with understanding XCode to the Apple's XCode list.
Granted that you may have figured out all the intricacies of XCode, not
everyone has, and having it generally known about new resources in the
community is not only helpful it is reasonable for discussion on lists
dedicated to these subjects...
Just my 2 cents...
