"manual" dependencies

  • Subject: "manual" dependencies
  • From: Dieter Oberkofler <email@hidden>

Is it be possible to define a "manual" dependency to a file that is not part of the project itself?
If I would for example want to force a re-link of a target to be done if some file that is not actually linked together has been changed.
Thank you in advance
-Dieter
