/System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/DevToolsCore.framework/Versions/A/ Resources/Built-in file types.pbfilespec

I believe there is a way to override this file by putting it in ~/ Application Support/Apple/Developer Tools or some such path. You can edit the various keywords.
