Beginning about two days ago, Xcode has been crashing at random.

Usually this happens during a compile, but sometimes it happens when I

open a project.  Looking at the crash logs, there's no consistency

except that the crash always happens in either pthread_mutex_lock or

__CFCreateImmutableFunnel3.  Any suggestions on how I can get Xcode

working again?

Xcode 2.4.1 running on MacOS 10.4.8 on a 17" MacBook Pro.

This doesn't sound like software.  Run a RAM test.
