Setting a watchpoint in Xcode for a Java program

  • Subject: Setting a watchpoint in Xcode for a Java program

Is it possible to set watchpoints in a Java app in Xcode? I tried to follow the instructions in the Xcode help, but the option for watchpoints was greyed out for any and all variables I tried.

I tried setting my executable to use gdb, but that did not seem to work at all.
