Ah, thanks. That was it. Sorry for the rookie mistake.

I assumed, from years of using CodeWarrior, that when you chose to "Build and Debug" (as opposed to "Build and Run"), that it automatically ensured that the necessary debugging information was built.

<rant>Xcode *still* isn't as good as CodeWarrior at everyday things</ rant>
