Class Model: still strange

I thought I had fixed my problems with Class Model diagrams, but
they're back.
(1) A class disappears from the model if it is compiled with errors.
That's fine. But then - when the errors are corrected,
it cannot be put back into the model. The Tracking pane in the Info
window does not help; the only way to get it back is
to delete it from the project and then re-add it.
(2) Usually, when I attempt to save the class model, after any change
to it, I get this warning:
The file for the document at /Users/chris/Documents/ObjectCode/
Tetrahedra/Tetrahedra.xcclassmodel has been modified by another
application. There are also unsaved changes in Xcode. Do you want
to keep the Xcode version or revert to the version on disk?
Huh? What other application?
(3) The Info button, or cmd-I, has a strangely two-fold effect for
class models. If you hit it while the file, AppletName.xclassmodel,
is selected, then you get a "File AppletName.xclassmodel info"
window. If you hit it after selecting the class diagram, then you
get a "Class Model AppletName.xclassmodel info" window. This is
really confusing.
Should I file bug reports?
