As far as Info.plist goes, it appears that a cached copy is placed
within the build directory. If you remove this cached copy, then you
will get your new version of the Info.plist next time you build.
Obviously, this is not ideal, and they should fix it to notice
changes to the Info.plist, but for the time being, it's better than
doing a full rebuild.

The release notes are stating this only works with source files.
But I will try it with resource files just to check.
It does not work with the Info.plist file.
Even when I touch another source file, the modification of the
Info.plist file is not seen and so not made in the build.
Looks like to be a bug IMHO => Bug report.
