I can't find any mention of this in the list archives, "Software
Distribution", or "Universal Binary Programming Guidelines", so, here is
some advice I just learned the hard way:
If you package a Universal application for Installer.app, do not set a
System Gestalt requirement (such as 'sysv' > 1039) because it will fail on
Intel Macs.
