Faulty apple_ref string when reindexing docs

I just tried to install the latest release of the docs over my Xcode 2.2.1 release, and then tried to use pbhelpindexer to reindex everything, and keep getting errors like the following.

Faulty apple_ref string: File: /Developer/ADC Reference Library/documentation/Accessibility/ Reference/AccessibilityLowlevel/AXValue/DataTypes/DataTypes.html AppleRef://apple_ref/c/tdef/AXValueType2Wrappers

What does it mean, and how do I fix it?
