Hi Bill,

I have the product name and the company name in several places in my (Carbon) nib files.

Is there any way to preprocess the files, or include placeholder wildcards, that would automatically
substitute the correct text at build time?

Check out 'nibtool'. I haven't used it for what you want, but the -d option looks like it's applicable:

-d, --dictionary strings
Upon loading, translate strings using the stringsfile _strings_ as dictionary.
