Remote debugging failing in Xcode

I've got SSH Public Key Encryption enabled and setup for use with xcode. But Xcode never asks for my passphrase and shows these errors in the debugger console:

debug1: Offering public key: /Volumes/Apostasy/rosyna/.ssh/id_dsa

debug1: Server accepts key: pkalg ssh-dss blen 818

debug1: PEM_read_PrivateKey failed

debug1: read PEM private key done: type <unknown>

debug1: Next authentication method: keyboard-interactive

debug1: Authentications that can continue: gssapi-with-mic,publickey,gssapi,password,keyboard-interactive

Am I missing something or is there another step I need to setup? Any help would be most appreciated. --
