Wew! Fixed it.
After a couple days of troubleshooting, reinstalling XCode, Firefox,
Safari, OSX, Documentation short of rebuilding my house...
The issue was an outdated DocViewerPlugin in ~/Library/Application
Support/Apple/Developer Tools/Plug-ins/
Trashed it and everything now works properly.
Man... that was annoying.

When looking at the NSString in the API Search.
I see all of the anchors listed in the drop down (i.e. Class
Description, Subclassing Notes, etc..) but when choosing one of
them, nothing happens.
Also, I noticed that if I go to one of the anchors by clicking on
the hyperlink in the doc, the back arrow in the browser doesn't
take me back to the last anchor but to the last document.
