IB: Subview's position

Hi,

I am not sure if this is a right forum, anyway:
How to setup position of subview in Interface Builder ?

I have a NSTabView embedded inside NSScrollView (all done in IB).
When I made it subview of NSScrollView, it was positioned somehow, but I would like
to move it to other position.
How to do it in IB ?
How to do it programmatically ? (I tried to change frame's origin of NSTabView but
it didn't move it ).

Thanks.

Peter
