What version of Xcode are you using? What do you mean by "bundling"
or "bundlizing?" What do you mean by "it... fails" in the "but now"
case?
It's not clear from "when I could see the command line for the
bundling" whether you are familiar with the detailed build log
available in the Build Results window by clicking the third button in
the line below the summary panel. What do you find in that log? Could
you post it?
