Error from debugger: Executable path is nil

I started getting this error after debugging a Services issue by attaching to the executable launched from the Applications folder. Now I get this error every time I click the debug symbol in xCode. I can still launch and attach but that's a pain.

How do I get back the ability to launch directly in to debug?
