To be honest: You'll lose. ...

When Xcode works it's a lot better than VS, it misses a few functions but what's there is great. But it fails so often, it is often a chore to work with.

One of my coworkers is ALWAYS losing his Intellisense.

My biggest complaint about Xcode is that it's sometimes overzealous about completing something when I thought I told it not to.
