Thanks,

I was able to importe my project to the repository and checkout a new working copy.

I add an error mesage saying Xcode could not locate svn (it was looking for it in /usr/local/bin/ but Darwin Port installed it in / opt/local/bin/) but I could fix it changing the default path in Xcode preference file.

But now I have another problem : all my files are read-only and I can't modify them in Xcode !

Did I miss something ?

Eric.

So every time I need to create a new Xcode project, I have to :

- Open Xcode
- Create the project
- Close Xcode
- Rearrange the files in the project directory (creating directories trunks, branches and tags)
- Import the project into the repository
- Delete my new project folder
- Create a working copy with "checkout"

Is this right ?

Yes

Where is the working copy created by default ?

There is no default. You provide a path with the checkout command
