helper tool for authorization

Hi,

As recommended by the docs, I would like to add a helper tool to factorize he authorization code. If I go to 'Project' -> 'New Target' in Xcode, which one should I select for this? I see a shell tool for Cocoa or BSD. However, if I select New Project, there's also Standard Tool, Foundation tool, etc, so much more choice.

Which one should I choose, I couldn't find it in the docs ?
