Actually interesting is that in project settings parameter
compatibility version [ empty ]
But in the target settings it is 1
compatibility version [ 1 ]
Now way to delete that [1].
You should be able to select that setting in your target setting and either press delete or click on the "-" button in the bottom of the window. That should revert to your project settings and let your project build.
