[SOLVED] cleaning project produces hundreds of warnings

Sorry for the spam. It seems that Xcode decided that it wanted to
change the file type to sourcecode.cpp instead of sourcecode.cpp.cpp.

The warnings look like:
warning: no rule to process '$(PROJECT_DIR)/../src/
RageBitmapTexture.cpp'
It produces 284 of those warnings. (The project has about 405 files.)
Does anyone have any ideas?
