Nope, I was wrong. Xcode's PC indicator is still jumping all over the place and I have no idea of where the next instructions are.  I've double-checked to see my static library targets are using the same (they are using the project's setting) Optimization Level.

Any thing else that I should be checking? I have -O0 set.

Btw, thanks for clearing up that -O0 is default for debug configurations and -Os is recommended for Release configs.
